NASHVILLE WINDBREAKER
Windbreaker-style jacket made of waterproof polyamide. Straight fit, with a shirt collar and visible branded Swiss snaps. Breathable eyelets at the armholes, lower welt pockets. Synthetic lining. Elastic cuffs and drawstring hem for adjustment. Screen-printed front and back. With a matte finish, the main fabric has a water-repellent treatment that enhances its waterproof (resists up to 8000 mm water column) and stain-resistant properties, and also stands out for its high abrasion and tear resistance. The seams on this garment are fully sealed with a sealing machine, achieving total water repellency.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can purchases be exchanged?
Yes, all our products can be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
It is essential that the product is in its original sale condition. Otherwise, it will be returned to your address without the possibility of exchange or refund, and the shipping cost must be paid upon delivery.
To initiate an exchange or return, you must first contact us with your order number, through:

Once we receive your message, our team will tell you the next steps.
Exchanges can be made in two ways:
• At our store, by presenting the product with its original packaging.
• By mail, after previously coordinating the new product chosen.
In the case of exchanges managed by shipping, the logistical costs (round trip) are borne by the customer.
Do you offer refunds?
If for any reason the product did not meet your expectations and you want to request a refund, you can write to us within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the purchase at ventas@demonsmachines.com
It is important that you include your order number and tell us the reason, so that we can help you resolve it as soon as possible.
In case of a refund:
• The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
• Once the product is received and verified to be in the same condition in which it was delivered (unused and with its original packaging), we will proceed to make the corresponding refund through the same payment method used.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How are shipments made?
We ship nationwide through Correo Argentino, with the following options:
•Home delivery
•Pickup at the post office branch
We have two delivery methods:
• Standard Shipping: estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
• Express Shipping: estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination. This method has an additional cost, which will be paid by the customer.
The delivery times start counting from the next business day after payment confirmation. Purchases made after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the necessary information to track it.
Shipping in AMBA and CABA
For purchases within AMBA and CABA, we offer the possibility of same-day delivery by motorcycle courier (subject to availability and purchase time).

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method.

PICK UP IN STORE
Can I pick up my purchase at the store?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our stores in Martínez or Palermo.
When making your purchase, select the option “Pick up at store” as the delivery method.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that you can now pick it up.
The preparation time is up to 72 business hours from payment confirmation.
