Shipping and Delivery

How are deliveries made? 

We ship nationwide via Correo Argentino, with the following options: 

Home delivery 

Pickup at post office branch 

We have two delivery options: 

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. 

Express Shipping: estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination. This option has an additional cost, which will be paid by the customer. 

The timelines begin on the business day following payment confirmation. Purchases made after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. 

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the necessary information to track it. 

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method.

You will be able to see all available options and their costs before confirming your order.

We also offer express shipping, the cost of which varies by zone.

 

ORDER TRACKING 

How can I track my purchase? 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code, so you can check the delivery status directly from the Correo Argentino website. 

We also recommend checking your spam folder if you do not find the message in your main inbox.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping is free for purchases over $250,000 within the Argentine Republic. 

For purchases below that amount, the costs are as follows: 

$15,000 for shipments within Capital Federal and Buenos Aires. 

$18,000 for shipments to the rest of the country. 

We also offer express shipping. In this case, the cost is borne by the customer and varies depending on the destination zone. 

 International shipping 

For purchases with destinations outside Argentina, the shipping cost will be informed during the checkout process, before finalizing the order. 

 

STORE PICKUP 

Can I pick up my purchase at the store? 

Yes, you can pick up your order at our Martínez or Palermo stores. 

When making your purchase, select the “Store Pickup” option as your delivery method. 

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that you can pick it up. 

The preparation time is up to 72 business hours from payment confirmation.
