Can purchases be exchanged?
Yes, all our products can be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
• They must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.
• Retain their complete original packaging.
• Show no signs of use.
It is essential that the product is in its original sale condition. Otherwise, it will be resent to your address with no possibility of exchange or refund, and the shipping cost must be paid upon delivery.
How to manage an exchange or return?
To initiate an exchange or return, you must first contact us, indicating the purchase number, via:

Once we receive your message, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges can be made in two ways:
• At our store, by presenting the product with its original packaging.
• By mail, after previously coordinating the new product chosen.
For exchanges managed by shipping, logistical costs (round trip) are borne by the customer.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, we are here to advise you before and after receiving your order.
Do you offer refunds?
If for any reason the product did not meet your expectations and you would like to request a refund, you can write to us within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the purchase at ventas@demonsmachines.com
It is important that you indicate the purchase number and tell us the reason, so we can help you resolve it as soon as possible.
In case of a return:
• The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
• Once the product is received and verified to be in the same condition as it was delivered (unused and with its original packaging), we will proceed with the corresponding refund using the same payment method.
