Leather, artisanal processes, and layered styling are the pillars of DROP 2, DEMONS' new release for FALL/WINTER 2026. A collection composed of six looks designed to navigate the end of autumn and the arrival of winter from a perspective where urban workwear, material sophistication, and handcraft details coexist in balance.
Leather once again takes center stage within the collection, solidifying its position as one of the season's protagonists. As a novelty, we incorporate sheep leather: a lighter and more flexible raw material that adapts immediately to the body, providing a softer and more sophisticated feel. In addition to classic black, new shades of brown and aged-looking surfaces appear, crafted through localized distressing and artisanal washes.
The constant search for new finishes continues to define DEMONS' DNA. On this occasion, we experiment with airbrushing processes, splatters, stencil prints, and our characteristic waxing, reinforcing a contemporary identity built on artisanal craftsmanship. Elements from workwear and references to various historical trades are translated into functional, durable garments with a strong utilitarian imprint.
Layers, a hallmark of our styling, are amplified this season, creating new volumes, texture mixes, and greater warmth.
LOOK 1 reflects one of the brand's most original spirits. The proposal combines a t-shirt with chopper graphics and contrasting details with a sheepskin leather jacket, boot-cut jeans, and mid-top sneakers. The oversize scarf takes center stage, ceasing to function as a simple accessory and becoming a key style element, creating a contrast between artisanal rusticity and urban sophistication.
In LOOK 2, we worked on layering garments within a palette of neutral tones. The army-style jacket features an artisanal airbrushing process, while the slim t-shirt adds texture through felt letters. The acid wash sweater with localized rips is tied around the waist, adding volume and visual depth. The relaxed jeans introduce comfort and a splash of color, while the mid-high combat boots and chocolate-toned worker bandana complete the look.
Layers take absolute prominence in LOOK 3. The composition begins with an artisanally dyed and stained shirt, peeking out from under a raw sweater—one of the most prevalent tones on this season's men's runways—and a processed sheepskin leather jacket. The ensemble is completed with classic straight-leg jeans with a traditional wash. The accessories finalize the look's identity: a leather belt with a sailor knot and an Italian gold buckle, along with a heavy canvas bag with reinforced stitching, leather handles, and artisanally rusted rivets.
As the collection moves towards deep winter, LOOK 4 introduces a warmer and more structured proposal. The worker-inspired jacket, crafted from heavy canvas, incorporates metal carabiners and corduroy and plaid details that elevate the garment from functional to identity-defining. The twill pants, with a slightly more relaxed opening than classic chinos, are paired with a heavy jersey long-sleeve t-shirt that is incorporated as a new basic first layer. Suede ankle boots and a pure wool tactical hat complete a comfortable outfit ready for the lowest temperatures.
LOOK 5 explores the interplay of textures from a more relaxed and daytime perspective. The waxed windbreaker coexists with a heavy knit fisherman sweater and relaxed carpenter pants. Underneath, a t-shirt with contrasting trim and raised racer prints adds a graphic and sporty accent. The look is completed with an oversize bag with a wax finish and leather handles, sneakers, and a camouflage trucker hat that reinforces the workwear and utilitarian inspiration of the proposal.
The journey concludes with LOOK 6, a more nocturnal and sophisticated proposal. The distressed bovine leather bomber jacket, inspired by aviator aesthetics and equipped with a detachable fur collar, is worn over a relaxed fit t-shirt: an evolution of our classic oversize, now with slightly dropped shoulders and a crop length that complements higher-waisted pants. The gray twill tailored pants provide a timeless and versatile feel, accompanied by a knitted beanie in the same tone. A belt and black leather ankle boots complete a more polished look, designed for evening wear without losing the DEMONS essence.
